 PROFESSIONAL     QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE 
 | 
 ·              Master Degree with a degree in Law or Social     Sciences with 8 -10 years of experience in Industrial Relations. 
·              Should know the     processes and systems knowledge. Should be a postgraduate in HR . 
·              Good communicator,     good understanding of the IR dynamics, should have done wage agreements.

| 
 PROFESSIONAL     EXPERIENCE & JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 
 | 
 ·              Develop,     establish and maintain IR strategies and initiatives to meet organizational     objectives of cordial industrial relations between management and employees     for smooth functioning / operations. 
·              Handling     multiple unions and arriving at long term wage settlements & its     implementation strategies. 
·              Liaison with     Govt. officials, Labor authorities, legal advisors and other relevant     functionaries to resolve issues diligently.  
·              Monitor &     advice on regular statutory compliance / court maters / grievance handling     to factory HR team to build their capabilities.  
·              Management of     all personnel function pertaining to Non- Management staff ( approx. 1500     employees) & contract labors across organization from corporate office.
