Large Pharma MNC based in Karachi is looking for Head Business Excellence and Development. Responsibilities include: Sales Force Effectiveness function.
Design & implement initiatives for Segmentation & Targeting. Direct, support, develop & maintain customer database for ETMS. 
Design & implement Selling Skills Competency building initiatives in the Sales Team. 
Develop marketing services to support sales & marketing. 
Education: MBA 
Experience: Minimum 8 years of relevant experience (4-5 years in similar role)
