A well reputed National Pharmaceutical Company based at Karachi, requires Head Of Engineering; This is a High Level Position, Incumbent must be responsible for:
Responsibilities:
- To ensure that all the products are produced consistently on high degree of safety, quality and efficacy through compliance of cGMP standards.
- To ensure through his/her engineering team that plant operations are smooth and according to cGMP requirements.
- To ensures that production operations are run in compliance with regulatory requirements of the country.
- To monitor, support and guide Production and Engineering teams to optimize production expense.
- To monitors, support and guide Production team to improve and optimize per shift productivity and per person productivity.
- Capable to handle and manage the running and Future Projects.
- Must have leadership quality to manage maintenance and engineering team.
Qualification & Experiences: BE(Mechanical/Electrical) with at least 15-20 years hands on experience in the reputable Pharmaceutical Companies. Multinational companies’ professionals will be preferred.
