Head of Technical Services – Karachi

Looking for Head of Technical Services required for our client (KARACHI). Candidate will be responsible for achieving strategic objectives relating to total market growth, cost-effectiveness, equity, innovation, and learning. 
Required: 
• 8 -10 years of senior level experience in public health or related discipline.
• 4+ years experience managing a team in a developing country 
• Knowledge of PSI methodologies in research and marketing. 
• Experience as a leader in technical areas such as Health Services, MIS, Research and Budgets.
• Experience successfully managing complex operations
