HR Manager Required – Dubai

Would be responsible for

  • Manpower planning, developing and implementing staffing strategies, performance management, salary reviews and developing retention strategies
  • Implementation of HR policy across UAE and Joint Venture units.
  • Preparation of HR Budget.
  • Manage Payroll & Attendance Issues.
  • Employee relations, managing ERP HR modules, TNA and managing employee development issues.

THE CANDIDATE 
The ideal candidate will have Bachelors degree in Business Management with specialization in HR and
have minimum 5 years similar experience in Retail industry. Extensive experience in successful
delivery of both strategic & operational HR, solid understanding of local markets, labour laws and
industry practices. Knowledge of Arabic will be an advantage.

Salary AED.14,000/- p.m plus other benefits.
