HR policies,programs & procedure, job description, grading structure, performance management. 
Recruitment Officer – responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success throughout the organization.
Training & Development Officer – handles the learning and professional development of an organization’s workforce HR Secretary – In charge of employees’ database, labors data, employee files/HR filing system Must be from big construction company.
