Training & Development Associate required at Kashf Foundation for its head office at Lahore. Masters in HR/Social Sciences or equivalent with minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience of Module development and conducting trainings. Candidate must have Excellent skills in coaching, training and conflict resolution. Designing and developing innovative methods of training is compulsory. Willingness for field work and traveling is a mandatory requirement. Salary range 40K-50K (negotiable) with other benefits and excellent learning/growth opportunities.
