A well established USA based IT services and products provider specializes in visitor based networks, required technical support officers, this position requires strong Communication skill must have American Accent and must be able to work in different shifts including weekends. This is 24X7X365 work environment; please don’t apply if you are looking to a 9X5 job.
· Must have very strong verbal and written English communications Skills (American accent Must) and good interpersonal skills.
· Previous Call Center Experience preferred
· Must be computer literate.
· Ability to work different shifts in a 24×7 environment.
· Proven self starter who can work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
