1.       Position:           INSPECTOR FOR LIFTING AND MOBILE EQUIPMENTS  

 

Scope of Work:

Inspection of Mobile Lifting Equipments hired from outside contractors for short and long term requirements such as Mobile & Crawler Cranes, Forklift, Flat and Low Bed Trucks, Skip Truck, Wheel Loader, Bulldozer, Compactor etc.

Job Description:

·         5 year experience involving the maintenance, repair and modification of heavy duty vehicles and mobile equipment which have utility systems or special hydraulic pneumatic, mechanical, electrical, electronic and air systems, features or controls; I.E, crawler/mobile crane, slab transporters and fire trucks.

·         Must have Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical course.

·         Must be certified as mobile Crane Inspector.

·         Excellent computer skills (MS Office2007).

·         Must be able to read and analyze blueprints, manual and verify mechanical and electrical plans.

·         Must know how to inspect and certify mobile lifting equipment.

·         Knowledgeable on OSHA standards for mobile cranes, crawler cranes and derricks related to cranes, hoist, hooks, jacks and slings.

·         Must know how to setup equipment inspection program.

·         Must know how to identify individual components.

·         Should be able to recognize immediate and potential hazards, possess critical thinking skills.

·         Must know how to interpret load chart when performing a load test.

·         Must be able to speak and write English language.

·         Must have a valid driving license.
