A Jordanian ISO Project Manager is urgently required for a prestigious client based in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience; • Completed at least two ISO 20000 implementations • ITIL/ISO 20000 Certified • A background and knowledge in various process and procedures deployment methods • Experience in ISO 20000 audits. • Experience in process & methodology documentation • Experience in assessing, defining and implementing Service Management system in line with ISO 20K.
