IT Technical Support Individuals with following specifications required for Karachi Office.
TECHNICAL SUPPORT:
Qualification:     Graduate
Experience:        2 -3 years
Responsibilities:
Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications;
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks;
Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults;
Providing support, including procedural documentation;
Supporting the roll-out of new applications;
Setting up new users’ accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues;
Prioritizing and managing many open cases at one time;
Testing and evaluating new technology;
Linux & squid Knowledge (preferred);

 

Conducting electrical safety checks on computer equipment
INTERNEE
A fresh graduate having good knowledge of computer hardware, network system, software & hardware installation, etc.
Package shall commensurate with the experience and credentials
