Job Description:

• Technical Lead will be leading Analyst, DBA and Developers.
• J2EE platform advance knowledge and experience with client/server and thin client applications, object oriented analysis and design.
• RDBMS design and implementation (stored procedures, views, queries, normalization, etc).
• AJAX, EJB, Servlets, JDBC, JSP, struts, web & application server, XML/ HTML / DHTML / JavaScript.
• Crystal enterprise reporting.
• Knowledge and application of latest development methodologies.
• Ability of managing data migration process,
• Familiarity with business functions (purchasing, finance)
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audience are required.
