PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION· Masters Degree in Human Resources with minimum of 5 years in a bank with 2 yrs in a similar role.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE & JOB RESPONSIBILITES· Manpower Planning
· Strategize and administer the recruitment initiatives of the organization.
· Preparing recruitment budgeting.
· Handle the recruitment process end-to-end.
· Facilitate/suggest process improvements/ initiatives.
· Should handle salary negotiation and compensation administration.
· Meet set targets as per recruitment plan
Vendor Management.
· Work actively with top management, project managers.
MIS and report generation.
· Excellent communication and analytical skills required
· Drive and Resilience to meet set targets
· Ability to handle stress and multi-task in a fast paced environment.
