Duties & Responsibilities
· Assists line managers in the development of HR policies and documentations
· Prepares staff communications for contribution in internal newsletters and other communications
· Reviews, proofreads and edits all the contributions by employees before publishing
· Prepares agenda and collect information for meetings, trainings and other events; takes minutes and keeps record of proceedings
· Prepares write up covering events (trainings, conferences) for contribution in communications
· Creates, transcribes and distributes meeting agendas and minutes
· Translates communications from Urdu to English and English to Urdu
Person’s Specification
Graduate preferably MA in Mass Communication & English Literature

Excellent Communication Skills (written) both English & Urdue
|
Good Interpersonal Skills
|
Good Analytical and Decision Making Skills
|
Knowledge of HR policies and procedures
|
Team Player
|
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and Email
|
24 years to 30 years
|
01 to 02 years of relevant experience
