6. The RESUME – Brand or Cure it’s really based on your qualifications and the opportunity you are applying for. This is why researching the company and understanding your profession essentials and trends are vital to your ability to position your skills-sets and qualifications to meet the need.
7. BRANDING: is more for specialist in a certain area of an occupation/profession; they focus on specific areas for example (using HR) employee benefits, payroll, on-boarding/recruiting or areas of expertise where the bottom line matters and less people management happens; controls, policies and structure is the need. 8. CURE: On the other hand; is the general need (i.e. HR Managers/Supervisors where people management is more of a focus and maintaining the structure already put in place is required). There are many levels to a profession/occupation (as you may know already), Entry to executive; knowing your level, what level they are looking for and being real about your talents and delivery will drastically improve and increase your confidence, rhetoric writing skills, and job search and Interview result.
