Description

Looking for "Manager Reporting and Analysis" for our client based Islamabad. Produce comprehensive management information report in line with client and stakeholder requirements depicting the performance of departments. Identifying the improvement areas along with recommendations. Reporting findings to management and making recommendations for improvements as needed. .Development of scorecard consisting of key performance indicators to gauge the weekly/monthly and quarterly output of different units service delivery standards. Conduct an audit of current processes and systems including looking at optimizing performance by suggesting alternative ways for the teams to be structured or processes to be changed to deliver optimally. In the event of disruptions to business as usual to develop risk mitigation processes and measures that may result from any contingency plan. Monitor compliance to the induction process of all staff in department once taken on board and identify on and report any procedural gaps. Interfacing with senior management regularly to understand the business requirement and critical areas which need to be assessed based on the risk and business requirements.
