Technical Business Analyst & Sales Associate

Experience : 1 year experience in a software house

Key Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions and document technical and functional requirements
• Collaborate with design and development teams to define project scope and solutions
• Drive outbound sales initiatives via LinkedIn, email outreach, and event follow-ups
• Manage CRM pipelines, prepare proposals, and deliver product demos
• Support deal closure and ensure seamless handover to project teams
• Maintain strong client relationships through regular check-ins and success reviews
• Monitor key performance indicators and identify opportunities for growth
• Maintain accurate CRM data and contribute to sales process optimization

Sales Intern

Experience : Fresh graduate in Computer Science
Proficient communication skills

Junior Graphic Designer
Experience : 6 months experience
Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop

Video Editor
Experience : 6 months experience
Proficient in CapCut and After Effects
