Job Description
We’re Hiring: Business Developer (Upwork Specialist) at Innova Synx. We are looking for a Business Developer with proven expertise in leveraging Upwork to generate leads, build client relationships, and grow technical projects. The ideal candidate has both business development acumen and a solid understanding of the technical landscape (MERN Stack, QA Automation, Workflow Automation).

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow Innova Synx’s Upwork presence.
• Identify, bid, and win high-value projects in web development, automation, and technical domains.
• Write persuasive, client-centric proposals that highlight our expertise.
• Maintain communication with prospective and existing clients to ensure strong relationships.
• Collaborate with technical teams to align client requirements with project delivery.
• Track, analyze, and optimize Upwork performance to achieve growth targets.

Requirements: 

• Proven experience as a Business Developer on Upwork (minimum 2+ years preferred).
• Strong proposal writing and negotiation skills.
• Excellent English communication skills (clear, professional, client-focused).
• Familiarity with MERN Stack, QA Automation, and related technical fields.
• Target-driven, proactive, and strategic thinker.
