TCS Private Limited is Hiring - Assistant Manager HR Operations

Looking for an energetic, detail-oriented professional to join HR team as Assistant Manager - HR Operations. This role focuses on end-to-end HR service delivery, with a strong emphasis on Payroll, Provident Fund, Compliance, and HR Reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage payroll for 5,000+ employees with accuracy & compliance.
  • Oversee Provident Fund administration ensuring statutory compliance.
  • Handle employee records, policies, benefits, and HRIS management.
  • Deliver timely HR data, reports, and analytics for management.
  • Partner cross-functionally to improve HR processes & employee experience.
  • Ensure HR practices comply with policies & labor laws.
  • Support audits and implement HR best practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 3-5 years experience in HR Operations, Payroll & PF Management.
  • Bachelor's/Master's in HR / Business Administration.
  • Strong Excel (8/10+) & analytical/reporting skills.
  • Detail-oriented, problem solver, and excellent time manager.
