We’re Hiring: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Location: IPS PAKISTAN 372 Old RGA Factory, Main Firozpur Road, New Dera Mian Saeed
Timings: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Salary Range: PKR 90,000 – 120,000 (based on experience & interview)

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple departments.
- Source, shortlist, and interview candidates through various hiring platforms.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs.
- Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
- Ensure a smooth and professional onboarding experience.
- Support employer branding and talent outreach activities.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
- Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage high-volume hiring and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with ATS, job portals, and sourcing tools.
- Strong organizational and reporting abilities.
