- Developing Visual Merchandising Strategies
- Creating Layout Plans & Displays
- Theme Development
- Sourcing Props & Materials
- Implementation & Execution of Displays
- Mannequin Styling & Display Execution
- Signage, Graphics & In-store Branding
- Lighting & Store Ambiance Management
-Product Knowledge & Cross Merchandising
- Sales Optimization Through Visuals
- Monitoring Display Effectiveness
- Adapting & Updating Visual Displays
- Competitor Analysis (Comp Shops)
- Coordination with Store & Marketing Teams
- Repair & Maintenance of Visual Assets

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Visual Merchandising, Fine Arts, or related field
- 5-7 years of experience as a Visual Merchandiser in a retail fashion brand (mandatory)
- Prior experience in retail apparel / women wear preferred
- Strong sense of styling, trends, and customer behavior
