An opportunity is available for a detail-oriented HR Specialist to support core HR operations with a focus on payroll, compliance, and employee support. This role involves close coordination with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth and compliant HR processes.
Position: HR Specialist
Location: Karachi
Key Responsibilities:
. Support end-to-end payroll processing, taxation, and statutory compliance
. Manage Provident Fund (PF), EOBI, and other labor law requirements
. Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, files, and documentation
. Administer employee insurance programs and assist with claims processing
. Handle employee queries and support day-to-day employee relations
. Coordinate with external vendors, consultants, and regulatory authorities as required
Requirements:
. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
. 1-2 years of relevant experience in payroll, compliance, and HR operations
. Working knowledge of labor laws and statutory requirements
. Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
. Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
