Urgent Hiring — MEDICAL VIRTUAL ASSISTANT
US-Based Mental Health Clinic - Karachi
Turn Up Technologies is looking for a Medical Virtual Assistant to support a US-based psychiatry and therapy clinic.
Location: Nursery, PECHS Block 6, Karachi
Shift: 8 hours, rotating between
6:00 PM– 2:00 AM
12:00 AM– 8:00 AM
4:00 PM – 12:00 AM
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls
Schedule and manage patient appointments
Onboard new patients
Update and manage CRM records
Coordinate with psychiatrists and therapists
Respond to patient inquiries Empathetically
Requirements:
Excellent Spoken and Written English
Professional and empathetic approach
Good organizational skills
Comfortable using CRM systems and basic computer tools
Healthcare, customer service, or virtual assistant experience is a plus
