TPL Life is looking for an ABM to be based in Karachi. Candidates meeting the criteria mentioned below & preferably from Agency Background are requested to share resumes on mentioning ABM in the subject .
Responsibilities
· Plan and coordinate all digital marketing including advertising, email marketing, social media management and paid campaigns.
· Knowledge of online content strategy and creation
· Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
· Design, build, and maintain our social media presence
· Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
· Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
· Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
· Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
· Collaborate with internal teams to launch the products and optimize the user experience
· Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
· Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
· Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
Requirements and skills
· BBA/MBA degree in marketing or a related field
· Proven working experience in digital marketing
· Demonstrable experience leading and managing digital ads, marketing databases, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns
· Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and convert.
· Experience in optimizing landing pages, websites, and user funnels
· Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
· Solid knowledge of digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Hotjar, SEMrush, and Canva)
· Working knowledge of Wireframing, Web Design, and Lead generation
· Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
· Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital landscape
