Job Title: Accounts Payable Specialist
Location: Karachi
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in an Accounts Payable role.
Shift Timings (Pakistan): 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Pakistan Standard Time).

Key Responsibilities:

Process and verify vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Reconcile accounts payable ledgers and vendor statements, addressing variances to support accurate month-end close.
Build and maintain strong vendor relationships, responding to inquiries and managing payment terms effectively.
Support month-end and year-end closing processes through journal entries, accruals, and reporting assistance.
Maintain compliance with audit requirements and proper documentation of all AP transactions.

(Preferred) Experience with U.S. accounting practices, including handling 1099 vendors and W-9 forms.
