Description

Looking for Admin officer for our multinational client based in Karachi. Position Description: • Planning / preparation of budget for administrative expenses of the plant. • To ensure the availability and up keep of all utilities including electricity, water, communication systems in the office. • Maintenance of company’s transport fleet, plant equipment, hired properties, plant premises. • Processing and verification of utility bills related to Administration. • Printing of stationary for the company • Advertisement and related activities. • Supervision and assign duties to all graded staff. • Procurement related activities at Plant • Provide other administrative support from time to time • Arrangements of functions and allied arrangements. • Maintaining excellent housekeeping at plant • Responsible for pick & drop service, functions and allied arrangements, catering in the plant. • Responsible for arranging catering service to plant staff. • Responsible for reconciliation of pending requisition with procurement. • Cost Analysis and reduction plans for administrative expenses. • Evaluation for admin services provided at plant to attain employee’s satisfaction.
