Urgent Hiring
Position: AM/DM People and Culture
Department: Human Resource
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the organization’s DEI strategy, aligned with corporate values.
- Conduct workplace DEI assessments, identify gaps, and plan targeted interventions.
- Lead initiatives promoting gender inclusion, accessibility, equal opportunity, and respectful workplaces.
- Design DEI policies, communication campaigns, and awareness programs.
- Facilitate training on unconscious bias, inclusive leadership, respectful behavior, and employee well-being.
- Partner with hiring teams to integrate inclusive recruitment practices and ensure diverse talent pipelines.
- Track DEI metrics, prepare dashboards, and influence leadership through insights and trends.
- Act as a culture ambassador, supporting employee engagement and empowerment programs
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: Master or Any other Equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum 7-8 years in Garment industry
