Job Title: Area Operator - CPS
Location: Thar Site, Sindh - Pakistan

Key Responsibilities
. Ensure safe and efficient operation of equipment within assigned areas.
. Operate and maintain pumps, valves, filters, membranes, and auxiliary systems in CPS, RO.
. Monitor water levels, plant performance, and electrical systems using gauges, sensors, and control panels.
. Collect and test water samples to ensure compliance with quality standards.
. Handle water treatment chemicals and additives while following safety protocols.
. Perform routine maintenance tasks including lubrication, filter cleaning, and component replacement.
. Conduct regular field inspections and round visits of pumps and auxiliary equipment.
. Maintain logbooks, checklists, and operational records.
. Coordinate with Board Operators and Shift Engineers for operational adjustments.
. Report equipment malfunctions and ensure timely maintenance coordination.
. Ensure compliance with HSE policies, environmental regulations, and operating procedures.
. Respond to emergencies such as equipment failures, leaks, or system faults.
. Support plant start-up, shutdown, and emergency operations.

Qualifications & Experience
. B.Tech / DAE in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
. 8-10 years of hands-on experience in RO Plants, Sewage Treatment Plants, or similar water utility facilities
. Strong knowledge of plant equipment operation, water treatment processes, and safety procedures
. Experience with industrial utilities operations and plant maintenance practices
