Location: Karachi & Lahore
Experience: 5 to 7 years of experience in overseeing Retail sales in relevant industry

Job Roles:
- Daily, Monthly & Annual Sales Target Achievement
- Ensure category level sales targets achievement
- IRA Adherence (Inventory Record Accuracy)
- Store Visit plan adherence.
- Prepare inspection report on store visits
- Ensure store operational standards as per SOP
- Ensure timely reporting as directed by NSM
- Coordination with RSC for smooth retail operations
- Staff Counselling & Training
- Market Visits & Competition Feedback

Must be currently working at ASM Level in Footwear retail store.

Gross salary: 90-130k, with Other benefits
