Description

HRSG - Innovative Business Solutions is currently hiring for the following position.
Position Title: Ass. Manager Customer Services
Location: Shamke Bhattia, Multan Road, Lahore
Salary Range: 110k-150k

Job Responsibilities:
·Assist in managing the daily operations of the customer service department.
·Supervise and guide customer service representatives to ensure excellent customer interactions.
·Handle escalated customer complaints, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
·Monitor and analyze customer feedback and service performance to improve processes.
·Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth customer service operations.
·Maintain customer service policies and procedures and ensure adherence.
·Provide training and development to customer service staff to enhance skills and performance.
·Prepare reports on customer service activities and performance metrics.
·Assist in implementing strategies to improve customer experience and retention.
·Prior experience in customer service and team management is required, with strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Requirements:
·BBA/MBA Preferably in supply chain.
·3-4 years related work experience is mandatory.
