We're hiring Assistance Manager Operations, Maintenance & Planning

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
. Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Architecture & Planning from an HEC-recognized Higher Education Institution (HEl) or an equivalent degree in a related field.
. Age:26-30 years.
. Strong organizational planning and communication skills.
. Ability to coordinate maintenance operational and planning activities across the campus and its associated healthcare unit.
. Proficiency in MS Office MS Excel AutoCAD and report preparation will be considered an advantage.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
. Assist in planning coordinating and monitoring campus operations and maintenance activities.
. Prepare maintenance schedules and ensure the timely execution of repair and upkeep works.
. Support infrastructure planning and redesign in accordance with the office theme while understanding and reflecting the organization's brand personality.
· Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors/contractors.
. Maintain records prepare reports and ensure compliance with institutional policies and safety standards.
