JOB DESCRIPTION:

·         To respond quickly and efficiently to all in-coming sales inquiries, walk in, by telephone, and Email, preparing brochures as required

·         Contracting bookings and raising invoices.

·         Coordinating all details for the client, including food and beverage, AV equipment, entertainment, themes and event setup etc.

·         Promotion of our facilities to new and existing clients through a pro-active approach/visits

·         Assisting in implementing the sales strategy as set by the department head and in association with the contracted banquet event planner; including strategies for encouraging repeat business and up-selling.

·         Overall responsibility of Sales Generation for High End / Exclusive Banquets & Events

·         Growth of business through retention of key accounts & developing of new accounts in Corporate Sector for Banquets & Events

·         Be a one point of contact & a consultant to guest from the first call till the day of the event
