Bonanza Satrangi Pakistan is hiring for the position of Assistant/Deputy Manager HR-Operations to join the dynamic team for head office located in Karachi.
Job Responsibilities:
- 360 HR operations including onboarding, Payroll management and attendance management
- Timely maintenance of HR records and accuracy of HR documentation.
- Overseeing/planning of Employee benefit structure, confirmations and separations.
- All HR related queries with timely rectifications ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
- Preparations of Periodic HR Reports and maintain HRIS data with accuracy
Job specification:
- MBA in Human Resource or equivalent
- 5+ Years of Experience in HR Operations
