Job Title: Assistant Manager Corporate Affairs

Location: P.I.D.C - Karachi
Job Responsibilities:
- Board Meetings and ensuring compliance with all pre & post statutory requirements & corporate actions within the stipulated time period.
Role:
- Handling & ensuring timely filings of statutory returns, financial results and notices with regulators and maintaining statutory registers.
- Experience with SECP & PSX.
- Coordinating with concerned departments, external auditors as and when required and overall handling of AGM/EGM related matters and to ensure timely completion of all administrative, legal and corporate actions as well as filing of all pre & post meeting returns including filing of accounts with regulators.
- Liaising with share registrar and shareholders.
- Such other matters as may be required from time to time.
