Looking for an an Assistant Manager Corporate Sales based in Lahore, Punjab.

Education: Bachelor/Masters
Experience: 4-6 years experience (Preferably in Life Insurance)
Employment Type: Permanent

Responsibilities:
· Utilize trends and analysis to develop a consultative product review along with an insightful financial analysis
· Detailed post mortems for any cancelled cases
· Effective renewal coordination, evaluation, and presentation
· Actively support business growth objectives by identifying and pursuing opportunities for new and/or increased lines of coverage in conjunction with the appropriate sales rep
· Effectively plan for and schedule quarterly client meetings with a specific pro-active agenda
· Develop deep customer relationships to facilitate intimate knowledge of our customers' objectives
· Maintain the renewals persistency must be at least 80%
· Facilitate the agents for registration & other details if required
· Provide training to the agent and business partners
· Make sure that the agents commission processed on time
· Partner with sales representatives to educate and develop relationships with producers and their staff
