Gulf Packaging (Pvt) Ltd. is looking for an energetic & passionate individual for the position of "Assistant Manager HR"

Qualification : BBA/MBA (preferably HR)
Experience : 1-2 years
Location : Lahore.

Required Skills & Responsibilities
Team player with positive attitude.
Must be confident and should have strong interpersonal skills.
Should have good communication skills.
Good Computer Skills (MS Excel, Word, Power Point).
Developing and implementing HR policies in liaison with HR director.
Managing and oversee the HR department, including recruitment and development.
Coordinating and assisting with compensation and benefits administration.
Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention.
Record keeping and filing of documents.
