Education: Graduation, NEBOSH/ IOSH/ISO-28000 Certified
Experience: 8-10 years in HSSE area of reputed organization

Job Overview:
The Assistant Manager ensures the terminal maintains high standards of health, safety, security, and environmental compliance. Reporting to the HSSE Manager, this role supports policy development, risk mitigation, compliance, incident investigation, training, and performance improvement.

Responsibilities:
1. Assist in developing and implementing HSSE policies.
2. Identify hazards and implement mitigation measures.
3. Ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
4. Lead investigations and prepare reports.
5. Develop and deliver HSSE training programs.
6. Establish KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
7. Coordinate with security officers and ensure compliance.
8. Coordinate drills and provide leadership during crises.
