Looking for "Assistant Manager Quality Assurance Family Planning" for an NGO based in Karachi
Job Summary
Assistant Manager of Quality Assurance for our Family Planning Services to ensure the National FP standards of quality and compliance within our organization. This position will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity and effectiveness of our family planning services, contributing to the overall health and well-being of our community.

Responsibilities:

Quality Assurance Oversight:
· Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance policies and procedures for family planning services.
· Conduct regular quality Assurance visits for evaluations of clinical processes, documentation, and outcomes to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and organizational protocols.
· Collaborate with teams to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.
· To develop a culture of open and blame-free incident reporting.
· Liaise with the doctors, nurses, and administrators to ensure all aspects of patient safety are addressed and complied with.
· Incorporate risk management into incident management to progress from reactive incident management to proactive incident prevention.
· Evaluate quarterly patient satisfaction data and make suggestions for improvement.
· To develop a quality management culture in the Vital Pakistan trust through a regular internal quality Assurance process.
· Ensure a consistent level of quality and patient safety 24/7 in all FP centers.
· To ensure compliance of FP national standard for patient safety
· TO conduct need base refresher trainings for FP standard.
· To ensure all FP sites follow infection prevention as per guidelines.

Reporting:
· Analyze data related to service delivery, patient outcomes, and quality indicators to identify trends, areas of concern, and opportunities for improvement.
· Prepare regular reports on quality assurance metrics and outcomes for internal stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
· Utilize data-driven insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
· Assist Supervisor in preparing periodic reports for review of Management and Donors.
· Develop and share a Monthly Report (for next month) by the end of each month

Regulatory Compliance:
· Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and implementation of the action plan.
· Monitor changes in regulations and update policies and procedures accordingly to maintain compliance.
Risk Management:

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in public health, nursing, healthcare administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in a healthcare or family planning setting.
