They're hiring Assistant Project Manager at Khaity a fast-growing Pakistani AgriTech company. (Position is based in Islamabad)

Reports to: Lead Project Manager

About the Role
You'll coordinate with field teams, consolidate and review agricultural project data, and prepare clear reports and presentations for the Lead Project Manager, while supporting broader project implementation.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with field teams to collect project data, progress updates, and documentation on time
Guide teams on data collection formats, reporting requirements, and deadlines
Review field data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency, following up on gaps
Analyze and summarize agricultural data into reports, tables, charts, and presentations
Provide regular updates to the Lead Project Manager on findings, challenges, and required actions
Maintain organized project records, databases, and field documentation
Support project planning, deliverables, meetings, and stakeholder coordination
Track assigned tasks and follow up with teams on completion
Conduct field visits and support other project assignments as required

What They're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or a related discipline (mandatory)
Solid understanding of agricultural practices, crop production, and field operations
Experience in agricultural projects, field coordination, data collection, reporting, or M&E preferred
Knowledge of data collection methods, verification, and report preparation
Proficiency in MS office including presenting data via tables and charts
Strong report-writing skills in English, effective communication in Urdu
Willingness to travel and conduct field visits
