Urgently looking for Associate Manager – Talent Acquisition for a leading FMCG client. Master’s degree in Human Resources Management. SAP experience will be an added advantage. 5 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably from FMCG industry/recruitment agencies. Must have sales hiring experience. Experience in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to proactively source candidates. Experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods. Agility to learn business for understanding the requirements for each role in the company. Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends.
