We are looking for ONE bilingual (Arabic & English) professional with strong experience in Business Analysis and Solution Architecture, preferably with prior experience in bank.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Sharia-compliant banking principles, strong analytical skills, and the ability to design secure, scalable solutions that meet business and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Analysis:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Ensure solutions comply with Sharia principles and local regulatory standards.
• Identify process improvements and automation opportunities.

Solution Architecture:

• Design end-to-end technical solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Define system architecture, integration points, and data flows.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and compliant with Saudi banking regulations.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Act as a bridge between business teams and technical teams.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams for successful delivery.

Governance & Documentation:

• Prepare solution design documents, architecture diagrams, and process flows.
• Maintain compliance with internal governance and Sharia guidelines.

Engagement in Strategic Projects:

• Actively contribute to Business platform, CRM implementation, and FinTech solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative digital banking products.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or any related degree.
• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis and Solution Architecture.
• Prior experience in Saudi bank (highly preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Islamic banking principles and Sharia compliance.
• Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, etc.).
• Experience with system integration, APIs, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of Saudi regulatory requirements (SAMA guidelines).
• Experience in financial services or fintech.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Soft Skills:

• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
