A leading Distribution firm is looking for a Business Development Officer to join our Cosmetics (L'Oreal) Division.
Location: Lahore
Key Responsibilities:
-outdoor visits to meet potential clients (Salons) and present L’Oreal products.
-Develop and maintain a strong network of relationships with clients and retailers to ensure long-term partnerships.
-Identify and assess potential business growth opportunities within the cosmetics sector.
-Achieve sales targets and contribute to the division’s overall growth.
-Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Requirements:
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business, Marketing, or a related field).
Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience in sales, business development, or field marketing (preferably in the cosmetics industry).
Skills:
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Must be well-presented and comfortable with outdoor/field sales.
-Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
-Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
-Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
