Looking for:
. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field
. Proven 1 year of experience in Business Development or Sales
. Experience in software industry is a plus
. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and generate new business leads through networking, cold outreach and referrals
* Present and pitch Spark Solutionz services to potential clients
* Build and maintain strong long term client relationships
* Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts and close deals
* Meet monthly sales targets consistently
* Research new market opportunities and industry trends
* Collaborate with the marketing and development teams
* Represent Spark Solutionz at industry events and meetups
* Report sales pipeline and progress to management weekly
