Role Overview: The Business Manager for Sales and Services of Drones in Agriculture will be responsible for overseeing and driving the sales strategy, managing service operations, and fostering customer relationships. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge, strategic thinking, and leadership skills to ensure the successful growth of our drone solutions in the agricultural market.

Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.
· Identify new market opportunities and expand the customer base.
· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
· Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
· Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly.
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
· Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for the sales and service departments. Monitor and analyze financial performance for improvement opportunities.
· Generate regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and service metrics. Use data-driven insights for informed business decisions and strategy adjustments.

Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, Engineering, or related field; Agriculture + MBA preferred.
· Experience in sales, business development, or management in agriculture machinery/technology.
· Knowledge of agricultural practices and drone technology.
· Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to execute strategic plans.
· Proficient in CRM software, sales analytics, and financial management.
· Willing to travel for meetings and events.
