We are Hiring Car Sales Officer

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the execution of seller engagement processes, including visiting seller locations to manage and update car listings, while coordinating with inspection teams for timely certification to meet Pak Wheels' quality standards.
• Manage customer inquiries across various communication channels such as calls, SMS, and WhatsApp, providing timely and comprehensive responses to drive prospective buyers' interest in the assigned car inventory.
• Conduct on-site vehicle viewings for buyers at seller locations. utilizing proven sales and negotiation techniques to effectively showcase and finalize sales, building customer trust and loyalty.
• Ensure seamless vehicle transfers between buyers and sellers, overseeing the transaction process to maintain transparency and accuracy in documentation and ownership changes.
• Collaborate closely with the management team to produce detailed daily and weekly sales performance reports. offering insights into customer engagement trends, sales data, and areas for improvement.
