QUALIFICATION: BBA/MBA - Marketing
EXPERIENCE:
. Lead the overall strategy and growth roadmap for the Feminine Care category, driven by strong consumer and market insights
. Own category P&L in collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring delivery of revenue, margin, and profitability targets
. Drive end-to-end innovation and NPD, from insight generation to successful commercial launches
. Align and influence internal and external stakeholders, including Sales, Trade, Supply Chain, and agency partners
. Define and execute digital and e-commerce strategy, optimizing online presence and performance marketing
. Leverage data, research, and market intelligence to identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and drive informed decision-making
. 10+ years of progressive experience in brand management or category management within FMCG / consumer goods
