We are Hiring - Category Specialist - Non Edible Grocery

LOCATION: Karachi

REQUIREMENTS:
. Minimum Bachelor's degree, preferably Master's in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
. 4-5 years of category management, buying, or merchandising experience in the FMCG or retail industry.
. Experience managing Non-Edible Grocery categories within a modern retail environment is preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
. Negotiate annual commercial agreements, pricing, trade terms, and promotional plans with suppliers.
. Identify and introduce new brands and product assortments to enhance the product portfolio and cater to diverse customer requirements.
. Manage supplier relationships to achieve sales, margin, and profitability targets.
. Analyze fill rate performance, market surveys, and price competitiveness.
. Coordinate with Warehouse, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to ensure smooth execution of commercial activities.
. Monitor vendor compliance with contractual commitments, including promotional investments, rebates, credit terms, and service levels.
