Ronin Lifestyle Gadgets is seeking a dedicated and efficient Chat Support Officer to manage and oversee our extensive network of Sales groups. This role is perfect for individuals who excel in communication and have a passion for providing exceptional support.

Experience: 2 to 3 years
Location: Korangi, Karachi
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage thousands of Sales groups efficiently
- Provide timely and accurate responses to queries and concerns
- Facilitate communication and information sharing across Sales groups
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions
- Gather feedback and provide insights to improve our support services
- Collaborate with the Sales team to resolve issues and enhance group engagement

Requirements:
- Proven experience in chat support or a similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
