Looking for Chief Operating officer (COO) for our client based in Karachi. Job Responsibilities:
• Partner with the CEO to lead the organization into the future, through design and implementation of business strategies, plans and procedures, innovation and strong financial oversight.
• Lead the Change Management process to increase efficiencies, collaboration and growth within the company
• Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth
• Oversee and monitor day-to-day operations of the company as well as the work of internal managers (Administrative, Scheduling/Dispatch, Service, Warehouse, IT, Marketing, Sales, Finance, etc.)
• Transform the organization into a higher performing entity that sets clear goals, obtains and measures results, generates strong employee loyalty and performance, and makes great impact in our communities
• Review financial information with CEO and make recommendations to operational budgets promoting enhanced profitability
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Minimum 15 years progressive related experience with proven successful operations management and/or executive level of expertise. Must possess solid business acumen and experience at a senior leadership level.
