AGILE HR CONSULTING is looking to hire Chief Technology Officer for it’s client

Location: Karachi
Qualification: Master’s degree in computer science or related field. MBA preferred.
Experience: Proven experience as a CTO or similar leadership role, with 8 years working in a technological role and at least 5 years of managerial experience.

CTO Responsibilities:
Maintaining a consumer-focused outlook and aiding in the delivery of IT projects to market.
Setting a vision for how technology will be used in the company.
Develop technical aspects of the company’s strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals.
Discover and implement new technologies that yield competitive advantage.
Outline the goals for research and development.
Managing technology budgets and time frames.
Lead and motivate subordinates to advance employee engagement develop a high performing managerial team
Creating timelines for the development and deployment of all technological services.
Build quality assurance and data protection processes.
Staying on top of technology trends and developments.
Ensuring all technology practices adhere to regulatory standards.
Use stakeholders’ feedback to inform necessary improvements and adjustments to technology
Build trust relations with key partners and stakeholders and act as a point of contact for important shareholders
Communicate technology strategy to partners and investors
